Commisioned for the 2023 Fermentation Fest, Spirits Edition, by Wormfarm Institute, Revenant is a sister piece to the Vortex, which grows within eyesight across the wetlands. Located in the Honey Creek floodplain, Revenant eulogizes the lost relationships between the land, water and wildlife, the spiritual history of the Witwen Tabernacle, and the complex web of histories between the settlers and the Ho Chunk peoples.
